PenVote is our flagship voting product. It is a paper based voting system where voters make their selections with INK on paper. Unlike most optical scan systems, we show voters how their marks were interpreted before they cast their vote, even allowing them to see a complete image of their ballot. All this is done with a flexible ballot system (we can do full ballot display, or even ballot books), and a robust and secure tabluation system. Click here for more information.
PenPoll automates the pollbook process by printing your pollbooks on digital paper. Your voters sign the pollbook with our digital pens and at the end of the night, your voter credit is automatically updated to your voter registration system; no more time consuming and expensive wanding of bar codes. Imagine eliminating most of your data entry of voter registration forms. With PenReg a prospective voter fills out a voter registration form on our dot-enabled paper using a digital pen. It writes in INK so you do obtain a wet-ink signature. When the pen is docked the handwriting is converted to TEXT and sent to your local or statewide voter registration database. You merely retrieve those applications and review them for accuracy. You have both the image and the converted data. You make any corrections necessary, and process the form as usual. Tabtracker is a passive software application that monitors all election related activity on election night and provides you with immediate feedback and warnings if any preset conditions arise. TabTracker will immediately inform you of the following conditions (only a few are listed):
1.More votes than registered voters in a precinct.
2.More votes than the sum of possible voters for any race or issue.
3.Missing data cartridges.
4.Turnout either too low or too high based on how you set estimated turnout. (click to see sample report).
5.Issues and races that are in re-count territory.
6.Integrates data from our PenPoll product or any electronic pollbook systems on the market and ensure that sign-in totals match or are close to voting machine totals.
